The hotel itself is stunning. Beautiful rooms, restaurants, pool (although very small vs number of guests). Right on the beach too so location is amazing. The breakfast is also top drawer.
The issue however was service. My wife and I had a somewhat bizarre 2 night stay in that we felt as though we may have been invisible! Passed dozens of times at the pool without acknowledgment let alone offer of a drink, room not turned down once in 48 hours despite two specific requests. Sat In the lobby bar without being attended to twice. We’re not precious about these things but for what they charge you would expect more. Overall a mixed bag
Overall a nice place although I personally wouldn't rate it as a 5 star or a $900 a night as we've paid for a 1 bedroom Oceanside room.

*Room is nice although the appliances are poor.
*Housekeeping is every 2 days, you'd expect it daily at a 5 star.
*Underground parking is ridiculously hot and stinks.
*Breakfast buffet closes at 10.30am,
*Oceanside view was amazing although only 10% of our balcony was open for a breeze, rest was all glassed up.

Wow what a hotel! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 8 nights. Absolutely gorgeous could not fault a thing. All the staff were amazing, helpful and very welcoming. We had breakfast at Akoya each morning which was made even better by Michael who would greet us and nothing was ever too much trouble.
